1NG Learning in action

Wow! What an exciting start to November with our 'Guy Fawkes' day! The next week was out our 'WOW Week'. We learnt all about running our own company. We designed labels, we made our product, we though of a 'slogan' and designed posters to advertise our product. The really exciting news is we are going to sell to sell our 'Sweet Spicy Golden Jolly Gingerbread' at the school Winter Fayre. 

We have also been learning about mixing primary colours. We then learned to make these lighter or darker. We used use our learning to a paint pictures of fire.

We then added charcoal to our paintings to make it look like smoke. A fun but messy lesson!
