Marvelous March

The children continued to be engaged and eager to learn for the rest of March.

We looked at some great books..

Hooray for Fish!

Little fish had so many colourful friends of all different shapes and sizes.

I wonder if you can remember who little fish's favourite fish was?

What was your favourite?

The Very Hungry Caterpillar

The children loved this book and it helped them to start joining in with repeated phrases and words.

On Friday he ate through five oranges; Can you show someone 5 fingers?

What did the caterpillar turn into?

Walk the mile Wednesday!

Even with our little legs we managed to walk the mile. We saw trees, birds and even a big bus!

The children all listened carefully and held on to a doughnut for the whole time - just amazing!

'Willing to have a go'

All the children explore the inside and outside with more confidence each week.

Just take a look at how we concentrated and used our senses to spread paint onto cling film.

After we put the paint onto clingfilm we used cotton buds to make more marks on the paint.

We have been mark making outside and have strengthened our large muscles by, catching, throwing and kicking balls as well as rolling hoops and riding bikes.
