PSED - In this weeks story, Handa's Surprise, Handa surprises her friend Akeyo some fruit. Can you think of a special person in your house that you would like to surprise? Maybe you can draw them a picture as a surprise!

Mark making - We are building up the skills to be able to write the first letter of our name. Can you have a go at copying the following writing patterns? Can you hold your pencil correctly?

Creative - The children were very excited to share with us that they have seen snow! Can you think about what the snow felt like? What did it look like? Can you make a snowflake out of scrap pieces of paper and glue? You could even decorate it on top using a cotton bud and paint or do what we do in Nursery and cover your snowflake in glitter!

Maths - In our story, Handa's Surprise, the goat knocks the tangerines down from the tree and lots of them fall in Handa's basket! Can you add some tangerines to Handa's basket and count how many you drew? You can use the template below or draw your own Handa and basket!
