Every Friday morning in the Dining Room - ONLY £1.50 per session

At Joseph Cash Primary School we are privileged to run a fun and exciting stay & play group each week. We invite Families and young children from School and the surrounding area to join us in making a truly enjoyable session for your children.

Rhyme time

Each week at the end of each session we sing songs and nursery rhymes with all of the children and parents. Singing can give your child a real head start in their education by introducing them to rhymes at a young age.
Studies confirm this thesis and indicate that knowledge of rhymes helps children progress in reading once they start school.

Messy play

We offer a range of different activities each week. Some of our activities include; painting, drawing, sand play, water fun and much more!

Learn & explore

We aim to support your Child’s development with a range of activities. We have physical activities including slides, trampolines, tunnels, balancing blocks, trikes and rockers. We also believe learning through role play is crucial in the early years of your Child’s life. We have a play kitchen, tent, doll’s, toy animals and puppets to stimulate your Child.

Make friends

Our Stay and Play group is a great way for you and your children to make friends with other families who attend Joseph Cash and also within the local community.

Each child will receive a memory book where you can keep all your child’s artwork and photos.
